In simple terms we have a business model on Leaflet Distribution which we have tried and tested over a number of years and have been very successful.

To expand we either need to take on a massive amount of field staff, employ agents or alternatively we can offer our successful business model in the form of a mini-Franchise. This is the most logical and cost-effective way to expand our business model.

Although branded under the Ryan International logo, each mini-Franchise will be independently owned by the franchisee who will be given the freedom to develop his/her own area.

Ryan International will not accept any responsibility for debts or other liabilities which may be associated or incurred with the franchisee.

It is marketed as a mini-Franchise as it is a low-cost start-up, has low monthly fees, is a part-time second income business, is home-based and is very low risk. We will not be claiming a % of sales.

You do not need any start-up capital, shop/warehouse, staff or stock. No bank references, no supplier references, no personal references are requested.

The business is such that it can operate in any area, in any country, and will produce similar return for all franchisees.

Part of its appeal is that the franchisee doesn't require business knowledge or expertise, basic computer skills of word processing and e-mailing is all that is required.

Launch Fees

The franchisee will pay the initial fee of £75.95 plus a monthly fee of £12.50. For that fee the franchisee will receive the operating methods, procedures and tips relating to this successful home-based, part-time business. The £75.95 will be payable every 12 months from date of joining.

These fees will be reviewed every two years with possible nominal increases depending on inflation. While the franchisee continues payment the allocated territory will be his/hers. The franchisee has the option to cancel at any time at which time the area will be re-allocated to another franchisee.

There are no penalty clauses excepting that should a franchisee cease then they must cease from trading under the Ryan International name.

We view this as a long-term partnership which will reap benefits to all parties.
