What do I get for these fees?
You will receive an information pack detailing how to set up your own Leaflet Distribution business under the Ryan International brand, which should generate a minimum income of £7000 in your 1st year. We are continually developing the business for your benefit.

Is this income guaranteed?
No, the income will be directly proportional to the effort you put in, the more effort – the more income. We are saying that the figure of £7000 should be the minimum.

Why are you offering a mini-Franchise and not a full franchise?
The basic answer is that we are lazy, we do not want the headaches of administering a full franchise (and we were advised at one stage to Franchise our business for £9000 + % of sales per franchise).

What are the running costs? E.g. expenses to profits
Estimated at 95% profit, the only expenses you will have is ink for printer, paper for printer and a few telephone calls and then postage for invoicing (10 clients = 10 1st class stamps and 10 envelopes).

Who delivers the leaflets/brochures?
We recommend that you and/or partner do this yourselves in the evenings, why pay someone else for walking around a few doors, in any case you will enjoy the walking, just think of it as getting paid for going for a brisk walk approx 10 evenings every month.

What size of area is allocated per franchisee?
We try to allocate an area with approx 10,000 to 15,000 homes. Our mini-franchise is based on providing a 4000-leaflet drop but we allow you an extra minimum 6000 homes to allow for expansion or should you wish to make it a full-time job. Our figures are based on servicing 4000 homes.

Do I need to open a separate business account?
As this is a part-time income you do not have to open a separate account although you may wish to, as then you will be able to monitor the success of the business. You will be acting as a sole-trader.
